Manual Logout

Properly logging out of the LISA platform is crucial for maintaining the security of your account, especially when using shared or public devices.
Always remember to log out when you’re finished using the LISA platform, particularly on shared or public computers.

Navigate to User Menu

Look for your profile icon or name in the LISA interface.

Click Logout

In the dropdown menu, click on the “Logout” or “Sign Out” option.

Confirm Logout

If prompted, confirm that you want to log out.

Verify Logout

You should be redirected to the login page.
To manually log out of your LISA account:

Automatic Logout

For security reasons, LISA may automatically log you out after a period of inactivity.
The default inactivity period is typically 30 minutes, but this may vary based on your organization’s settings.

After Logging Out

After successfully logging out:
  • Close all browser windows and tabs.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies for maximum security, especially on shared devices.
Two-factor authentication will be available soon.
Remember, logging out is a simple but important step in protecting your account and personal information.
